Mollie Scott, PharmD finds joy in mentorships, partnerships as she advances health care in NC
July 15, 2022Mollie Scott, Pharm.D. remembers the moment she was admitted to the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in 1989. She was working as a pharmacy intern at then Glenwood Village Pharmacy in Raleigh, N.C., when she received a phone call from her mother in Asheville, N.C., letting her know her acceptance letter had arrived in the mail. Faculty receive national recognition for excellence in scholarship in experiential education from American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy
July 13, 2022Faculty from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy are recipients of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy’s (AACP) 2022 Award of Excellence in Scholarship in Experiential Education. The award recognizes Macary Weck Marciniak, Pharm.D., Jacqui McLaughlin, Ph.D., and Nicole R. Pinelli, Pharm.D., MS., for their publication, “Leveraging an Implementation Fidelity Framework to Assess Quality in Experiential Education.” Colleague Laura A. New Department Expands UNC, MAHEC Partnership to Improve Health in WNC
July 8, 2022The Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) has announced the formation of a new department of pharmacotherapy at its UNC Health Sciences at MAHEC campus.
