PharmAlliance Workshop: Assessing Impacts of High-risk Medication Deprescribing

We are excited to invite you to participate in a PharmAlliance workshop series titled: “Leveraging Difference for Solutions”. Each workshop is co-designed and led by PharmAlliance researchers. This is a new initiative from PharmAlliance that seeks to bring together a diverse community to problem solve in pharmacy and pharmaceutical science for our researchers, educators, practitioners and learners. These workshops will follow design thinking principles and will ultimately result in ideas that participants can pursue as potential solutions that benefit their work.

The first workshop in the series, “Assessing Impacts of High-risk Medication Deprescribing”, is co-designed with Dr. Aili Langford, Monash University Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
