CIPhER Seminar: Engaging Conflict Productively

Join the CIPhER and the Office of Organizational Diversity and Inclusion for “Engaging Conflict Productively” a seminar led by Vice Provost Leah Cox and Cloe Liparini.
This seminar will be held March 10 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m in Beard 209, Karpen 115 and via Zoom.
At the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Examine ways in which they can manage conflict productivity and remain focused on strategic goals
- Outline techniques to leverage conflict as a source for learning and creativity
- Identify tactics to productively engage and leverage conflict to fit particular situations within the classroom or on a team
