CIPhER Summer Series for Online Learning
CIPhER is pleased to announce a summer series focused on teaching and learning within a synchronous online classroom environment. Topics are centered on incorporating logistical and operational aspects of preparing and supporting faculty for online learning. CIPhER e-certificates will be provided for individuals who complete all 5 sessions and the corresponding evaluations.
his series is designed for all faculty, preceptors and trainees who have or will teach in a virtual setting. CE is available for the sessions indicated below.

June 12, 2020, 12:00 – 1:30 pm, A Lightning Round of Ideas and Lessons Learned with Transition to Online Learning
During this program, an overview of online learning will be described. Additionally, in order to build community and generate ideas, graduate and professional curricula faculty will be solicited to share ideas and lessons learned during the transition to online classes. These can include experiences from the spring 2020 transition, planning for the potential fall 2020 online format, and/or general pearls related to teaching in a virtual setting. Presentations will be grouped in themes in a lightning round format.
