CE: Pharmacists’ Prescribing For Tobacco Cessation Medications Webinar

In a collaboration between the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, the Purdue College of Pharmacy and the UC San Francisco College of Pharmacy, we are proud to present a free Tobacco Cessation CE webinar. This event will be held online from 6:00 p.m – 8:00 p.m ET on November 9.

This 2-hour live webinar will bring pharmacists up to speed with prescribing medications for tobacco cessation. Participants will be able to:

• Compare various tobacco cessation medications, including the safety and efficacy data, for the management of cessation,
• Develop a treatment regimen that incorporates effective tobacco cessation medications, including drugs, doses, routes, and frequency of administration, and
• Describe the services provided by the tobacco quitline (1-800-QUIT NOW).

This training is open to all pharmacists and students.
