Mentoring Future Leaders in Pharmacy

M-FLIP provides an individualized and highly structured mentorship between Student Pharmacists and prospective college students. These connections foster building professional relationships, and increasing access to knowledge and confidence for those pursuing a career in Pharmacy.

M-FLIP Mission:
To provide undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in pharmacy with a professional support system suitable for their individual needs and to foster connections and increase access between pre-pharmacy undergraduate students and Doctor of Pharmacy Students.

M-FLIP Membership:
Membership requires engagement in all M-FLIP program activities to optimize mentor and mentee connections. Pairs are also required to hold at least two one-on-one mentor/mentee meetings per semester and to submit a completed goal sheet.

The M-FLIP program is produced by the Office of Organizational Diversity and Inclusion.
