Kirsten Beattie is senior development director for the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. In her role, she focuses on building relationships with alumni and friends, as well as School staff, faculty and leadership, to advance the mission and vision of the School. Prior to joining the Eshelman School of Pharmacy, Kirsten served as development director for UNC School of Medicine. She brings 14 years of experience in nonprofit and university development to this role, along with personal experience as a pharmacy tech and two pharmacists in her family. Kirsten is a proud Tar Heel with a master’s in journalism from Carolina in 2007.
