“We are very excited by this news. It reflects the great work being performed by our faculty, staff, students, alumni and partners who are working daily to advance the fields of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences,” said Angela Kashuba, dean of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. “This is also a testament to our unique international partnership, PharmAlliance, in collaboration with two other top-10 ranked pharmacy schools at Monash University and University College London, as we work together to improve global health care.”

PharmAlliance partners each rose in rankings, with Monash clinching the No. 1 position, and UCL rising to No. 4, respectively.

The QS World University Rankings by Subject are compiled annually to help prospective students identify the leading universities in a particular subject. Five components are used to rank universities including, academic reputation, employer reputations, research citations per paper, H-index, and International Research Network.
