Third-year doctor of pharmacy students at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy received their white coats during the annual White Coat Ceremony on February 28 at Memorial Hall.
The white coat is the traditional symbol of health professionals. The White Coat Ceremony marks the students’ transition into the final year of the PharmD program and is designed to reflect the responsibility, professionalism, and commitment expected of them in their final year in the program.
