Give to the Carl Taylor Pharmacy Administration Scholarship

For the past 20 years, Carl served as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Piedmont Health. He was also passionate about helping young people obtain the educational opportunities once provided to him. In doing so, he served as a clinical assistant professor in the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, preparing pharmacy students for real world practice.

To honor his extraordinary life, Carl’s family along with Piedmont Health and Apexus have established the Carl Taylor Pharmacy Administration Scholarship.

The Carl Taylor Pharmacy Administration Scholarship will provide an annual award for PharmD students at UNC who:

• Plan to pursue a career in pharmacy administration
• Demonstrate a commitment to serving rural or underserved communities
• Enhance the social, economic and cultural diversity of the student body
