Event: The 2024 Pre-Pharmacy Summit — Pharmacy Horizons: Navigating Diverse Career Avenues
Event Description: The Recruitment Ambassadors Program at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy is pleased to host the sixth annual Pre-Pharmacy Summit! All high school, undergraduate, post-graduate students, and those with an interest in pharmacy are encouraged to attend to learn about the pharmacy school admissions process, network with prospective and current pharmacy students, and enhance their professional and leadership skills.
This year’s theme is “Pharmacy Horizons: Navigating Diverse Career Avenues”. This immersive event promises an exclusive glimpse into the future of our profession, spotlighting the unique, ever-growing, and evolving roles of pharmacists. Join us for an in-person experience that goes beyond the ordinary, as we navigate the diverse career avenues within the pharmacy landscape.

Parking: On weekends, most on-campus parking at UNC-Chapel Hill is free to anyone, unless otherwise marked. The parking options most convenient to The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy (outlined in yellow on map) are the Beard Parking Lot (marked W on map) and the McCauley Deck (marked MD on map), situated slightly north of Beard Hall. These lots are accessible via Pharmacy Lane, which opens onto McCauley St between Pittsboro St and S Columbia St. If these lots are full, other nearby options include the Nash Parking Lot (behind the Newman Catholic Student Center Parish on Pittsboro St, marked N7 on map) or the Bell Tower Parking Deck (down Bell Tower Dr off of South Rd, marked BTD on map). Please refer to the parking map of the area surrounding The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy for further clarification.
