Kristen Szempruch, Pharm.D.

Kristen Szempruch, Pharm.D., is a clinical pharmacy specialist at University of North Carolina Hospitals, where she cares for inpatient abdominal transplant recipients (kidney, liver, and pancreas). Szempruch received her Pharm.D. from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. After graduation, she completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and a PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC. Currently, she is a member of the American Society of Transplantation, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and American College of Clinical Pharmacology.
