Patrick Brown, Pharm.D.

Research Collaborator Adjunct Assistant Professor

Patrick Brown, PharmD is Clinical Programs Coordinator at Mutual Drug Company, and Assistant Professor of Clinical Education in the Division of Practice Advancement and Clinical Education at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Through his shared role between these two organizations, Brown hopes to facilitate practice initiatives and research projects that will enhance the role of independent community pharmacies within the US Healthcare System. Additionally, Brown serves as Co-Director for the Independent Pharmacy Ownership Residency, which was launched in partnership between Mutual and The School in 2016. This program exists to train the next generation of independent pharmacy owners. More information about that program is available at pharmacy.unc.edu/IPOR.
