Event Details

The Student Senate and the Office of Student Affairs will host Family Day 2023 on Saturday, September 30, at its Chapel Hill campus. The event provides an entertaining and insightful look into the lives of student pharmacists and student pharmaceutical scientists at the School.

Family Day 2023 is a completely hands-on tour of the School where every attendee will have a chance to engage in an activity that shows what it’s like to be a pharmacist or a pharmaceutical scientist.

Also, guests will be treated to breakfast as well as lunch!

Directions to Beard and Kerr Halls at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy

From Raleigh and Points East Via Interstate 40 and NC 54

  • Take 1-40 West to exit #273A.
  • Take NC 54 West to Chapel Hill.
  • This road becomes South Road as you near UNC campus.
  • Drive through campus and cross South Columbia Street.
  • Take the first left on Pharmacy Lane.

From Points North Via Interstate 85

  • From Durham, take US 15-501 South toward UNC-Chapel Hill approximately ten miles.
  • At the NC 54 exit, take Raleigh Road (which becomes South Road) west toward the UNC campus.
  • Drive through campus and cross South Columbia Street.
  • Take the first left on Pharmacy Lane.

From Greensboro and Points West Via Interstate 40 Exit 266

  • Exit I-40 at Exit 266 and go south on NC 86 to Franklin Street and downtown Chapel Hill.
  • Continue south across Franklin Street
  • At the second light, make a right on Cameron Avenue.
  • At the next light, make a left on Pittsboro Street.
  • At the next light, make a left on McCauley Street.
  • Take the first right on Pharmacy Lane.

We encourage visitors to park in either Beard Lot or McCauley Deck
