CIPhER Summer Series for Online Learning
CIPhER is pleased to announce a summer series focused on teaching and learning within a synchronous online classroom environment. Topics are centered on incorporating logistical and operational aspects of preparing and supporting faculty for online learning. CIPhER e-certificates will be provided for individuals who complete all 5 sessions and the corresponding evaluations.
This series is designed for all faculty, preceptors and trainees who have or will teach in a virtual setting. CE is available for the sessions indicated below. To register for all or some of the programs click Here
July 31, 2020, 12:00 – 1:00 pm, Assessment of Student Learning in an Online Setting (1.0 Hour of CE available)
During this program, participants will review evidence-based practices for delivering assessments in the virtual setting. Various assessment strategies will be discussed. Additional practices to help ensure assessment integrity will be shared. This program will primarily focus on written and multichoice assessments.
