Research in Education and Practice Symposium (REPS)

The annual Research in Education and Practice Symposium (REPS), hosted each year by the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in Chapel Hill, NC, hopes to provide a venue for ALL HSPAL residents to address some of these known issues. This includes those who are in 2-year programs, as well as stand-alone PGY2 residencies.
We will be launching a specific 2-day HSPAL track for residents, RPDs, and department leadership to network and engage around resident research presentations. Not only will it allow for similar-minded individuals to listen to resident research projects, we can also have HSPAL residents present longer than the usual ’12 minute’ slot, expanding the time to allow for further exploration and discussion on their findings. The residents and program leadership will be together over the course of the conference. Time will also be devoted to brainstorming projects for future residents, with the possibility of combining them into multi-site projects.
This event will be tentatively held at 200 Beard Hall or 1001 Kerr Hall from 8:00-5:00pm.
