CIPhER’s programming and services support the design, implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement of evidence-based educational practice. In similar fashion, CIPhER provides those engaged in scholarship and research with the training, tools, and support needed to design, implement, publish and disseminate their work.  To advance these efforts, CIPhER offers onsite and online training workshops and institutes, hosts the School’s Teaching & Learning Certificate program, provides consultation, and coordinates relevant, mutually beneficial efforts with entities such as other School offices, UNC health science schools, the UNC School of Education, and the PharmAlliance.
