Leadership Academy is a strategic leadership development program consisting of seminars, specialized projects, and networking opportunities. This program is designed to build creative, confident, caring and critically thinking leaders. This four-month program expands on the opportunities provided to LEAD participants.

Leadership Academy Mission:
To nurture the continued growth of future leaders through professional and leadership development.

Leadership Academy Structure:
As an extension of the LEAD Program, high school and college participants are invited to engage in an intensive mentoring and preparatory program that includes networking opportunities, unique experiences designed to develop strong professional relationships and provide access to faculty and students from one of the nation’s leading pharmacy schools.

During these sessions, participants attend seminars, academic-enrichment classes, working lunches, and networking time in a social setting, gaining a greater understanding of leadership in health-science fields and what it takes to succeed.

The Leadership Academy Program is produced by the Office of Culture and Well-Being
