Heidi Collins is leading the effort to develop and deploy digital learning programs at the Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Previously, she managed operations, projects, and proposals for the UNC Center for Innovation of Pharmacy Simulation (CIPS) and the Modeling, Educational Design, and Interactive Arts (MEDIA) group. A communications specialist, Heidi has 15 years’ experience in project management, proposal development, technical writing, and marketing. She is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and holds a Master’s in technical communication and bachelor’s in English from NC State University.
