Dr. Hannah Dewey received her PhD in Fiber and Polymer Science from North Carolina State University in Summer 2024. Her research focused on developing optical nanosensors using single-walled carbon nanotubes for the detection of biological indicators and emerging contaminants. Dr. Dewey joined the CCNTP in Fall 2024 under the guidance of Dr. Alexander Kabanov and Dr. Jillian Perry. Her current work focuses on developing a microneedle patch to deliver drug-loaded polymeric micellular nanoparticles for cancer treatment.
