Morning Sessions

8 a.m. (EDT) Yoga with Kimberley Brown ’03, Pharm.D.
Karen Shelton Stadium or virtual
Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. This a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace.

 9 a.m. (EDT)  Donuts With the Dean
Karen Shelton Stadium or virtual
Join us for an opportunity to meet our dean, Dr. Angela Kashuba, and hear about updates from your school. There is no cost to attend this event but registration is required.

 10 a.m. (EDT)  Enduring Desegregation at the UNC School of Pharmacy
Karen Shelton Stadium or virtual
Join the discussion about the process of desegregation at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy during the 1960s and 1970s. This recent history describes the experiences of the earliest Black students to enroll and features their stories in their own words. Learn more about the role of segregation in the Black experience, and challenge your perspectives concerning diversity, equity, and inclusion. There is no cost to attend this event but registration is required.

Afternoon Sessions

2 p.m. (EDT) Kohn Lectureship Continuing Education Event 
Carolina Inn, Hill Ballroom or virtual
 The purpose of the lecture series is to honor the contributions of former alumni of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and to recognize faculty and staff who have empowered alumni achievements. The lecture will also serve as an outlet to inspire current and future pharmacy students.  Continuing education credits are offered and the lecture is followed by a light reception. Hosted by the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy Office of Continuing Education, join us for one hour of continuing education.  $5.00 fee for CE credits. 

4 p.m. (EDT)  Pharmacy Student-Alumni Speed Networking
Carolina Inn, Hill Courtyard (in-person only)
Join us for engaging conversations with our pharmacy students. Share your experience, and help our future Carolina pharmacists learn more about the wide range of career opportunities in the fields of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences.  There is no cost to attend but registration is required.

UNC vs Wake Forest Football game

Purchase game tickets through the General Alumni Association as part of your Alumni Day Registration.
