It places a strong focus on strengthening leadership skills, research techniques, and pedagogical approaches in order to effectively share models of success with the medical community.
The PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency at Mission Health expands on previous experience in pharmacy practice or ambulatory care to develop pharmacy services in coordination with an accountable care organization.
This residency focuses on development and use of telehealth technology, data analytics, and panel management to expand pharmacy clinic services in regions of western North Carolina served by Mission Health Partners.
