(1) The overall win rate is the sum of all awards received in previous years reported divided by proposals made in all previous years reported. Award total received in the year are based on award notice date and unique award number divided by proposals made in year as reported in RAMSeS. Unique proposal numbers are anchored to unique award numbers. The following proposal types are excluded from this analysis – Non-Competing Continuation/Progress Report and Recurring Contracts.
