The following table outlines the number of unique employees of the School by standard UNC HR designation.  Through analysis of these data, the School can assess and monitor employment designation trends to ensure alignment with the intended outcomes in the School’s strategic plan.

Note – Counts may not tie out to the total due to the fact that employees may have changed designations during the calendar year. 

(1) EHRA Faculty = includes all unique employee IDs that appear in at least 1 monthly pay period in the calendar year with the employee type = EHRA Faculty and home school of Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Note – These data do not include external faculty that have a home School other than the Eshelman School of Pharmacy.  Those adjuncts that are under contract and are compensated by the Eshelman School of Pharmacy will appear in the NPE – Non-Permanent employees data category.

(2) EHRA Non-Faculty Staff = includes all unique employee IDs that appear in at least 1 monthly pay period in the calendar year with the employee type = EHRA Non-Faculty and home school of Eshelman School of Pharmacy that are not in a terminated status for the entire year. 

(3) SHRA Staff = includes all unique employee IDs that appear in at least 1 monthly pay period in the calendar year with the employee type = SHRA and home school of Eshelman School of Pharmacy that are not in a terminated status for the entire year.
