The Information Technology team handles most technical issues in the School and will respond most efficiently and effectively to problems when the user creates a ticket to notify us of a problem or concern.
To send a ticket, simply compose an email to ITSOP@unc.edu with a brief problem description, followed by your contact information, location (e.g. Beard 102, Kerr 1301, etc.), and time availability. This info will allow us to address your concern whenever a technician is available or to create an appointment date if one is required to solve your issue.
