Our Mission

The Office’s mission is to inspire engagement and promote wellbeing to produce meaningful and sustainable change to create a school culture where all are appreciated for who they are and to develop principled health professionals that are primed and positioned to solve real-world problems and care for the world.

Leading the Way

Well-Being Committee

  • Charge: Identify annual priorities focused on well-being for all members of the School community, review relevant data regarding well-being, and move forward the established well-being priorities.

Organizational Culture Committee

  • Charge:  Cultivate and nurture a positive culture and thriving work environment where the School community is inspired and engaged to perform their best. The charge to the committee is threefold:
  1. Discuss factors that constitute a positive and engaged culture and identify strategies the committee feels it should focus on in year one to enhance culture;
  2. Create a culturally intelligent school culture where everyone can work effectively across cultures and leverage cultural perspectives to enhance communication, connection, teamwork, and overall performance, and identify the organizational cultural intelligence priorities of the School;
  3. Implement, monitor, and evaluate the progress of the strategic priority / objective outlined in the school’s Strategic Plan pertaining to an engaged and connected community; and disseminate to our community and stakeholders.
