Services provided by the Pharmacometrics Core:

• pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic study design

• optimal sampling schemes

• pharmacokinetic data analysis, including noncompartmental and compartmental approaches

• pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling

• pharmacologic data interpretation

• data preparation for presentation or publication

• assistance in locating analytical resources on the UNC-CH campus
