Poster Printing

The Center has a large format, colored printer equipped with 42" heavy weight, glossy paper. The cost breakdown for a poster is:

• 42" wide with white background: $12 a linear foot.
• 42" wide with color background: $22 a linear foot)
• Any poster returned prior to printing because of inappropriate use of School logo: $25 surcharge
• Any poster that needs to be re-printed due customer error will be charged the full price for the second poster
• Any rush job (poster submitted requiring less than 2 day turn around time): $55 surcharge

Flyer Printing

The Center can print flyers or signs on our HP LaserJet 5500 dtn. This color printer is capable of printing on page sizes up to 11 x 17 (tabloid) and up to a paper weight of 52 lbs (regular printer paper is 20 or 22 lb paper). The Center's newsletter is printed on 32 lb paper. The cost for printing documents on this printer is $0.25 a copy with a minimum charge of $5.00 per order. These prices cover the cost of paper, ink, and maintenance.
