Health Requirements

All applicants must supply documented proof that they have been immunized against hepatitis B, chicken pox, and tuberculosis. All students are required to have health insurance.

PCAT

The Pharmacy College Admissions Test is required of all applicants. Every applicant must submit scores to PharmCAS, not to the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Use code 104 to have your scores sent to UNC through PharmCAS.
