To apply, complete the online application form through PhorCAS.

When selecting your designations in PhorCAS, please select each site that you are interested in applying.  The sites are as follows:

• Brame-Huie Pharmacy, North Wilkesboro (NMS 193226)
• Kerr Drug, Asheville (NMS 193225)
• Kerr Drug, Chapel Hill (NMS 193215)
• Kroger Pharmacy, Raleigh (NMS 193227)
• Moose Pharmacy, Concord (NMS 193223)

Please write a cover letter explaining why you are interested in that specific site and upload it to PhorCAS. In addition, please have your references complete the standard reference form located on PhorCAS and upload a personalized letter that speaks to your qualifications. The reference form and the personalized letter are both required for your application to be considered complete.

Note: if you are applying to multiple sites within this program, you will only have to pay one residency application fee.
