The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy hosted the Carolina Pharmacy Leadership, Excellence, and Development (LEAD) program on July 28-29. LEAD is a preparatory and professional development program geared toward underserved and underrepresented students who are interested in exploring a career in pharmacy and learning how to be competitive in the pharmacy-school admissions process.
