The Division of Pharmacotherapy and Experimental Therapeutics held its 2012 Fellows Day on Monday, June 18. The division's fellows presented posters of their research, and second-year fellows were recognized for their accomplishments.

The second-year fellows:

• Jessica Adams, who completed the Academic HIV fellowship and will be an assistant professor of pharmacy practice at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy
• Erick Borg, who completed the UNC/King/United Therapeutics Drug Development fellowship and will be medical information scientist at United Therapeutics
• Cathrine Denton, who completed the UNC/GSK Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics fellowship and will be manager of clinical pharmacology modeling and simulation at GSK
• Teodora Dumitrescu, who completed the UNC/Quintiles Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics fellwoship and will be a clinical pharmacokineticist at GSK
• Jill Henry, who completed the UNC/PPD Drug Development fellowship and will be a clinical scientist in global product development at PPD
• Jeffrey Huang, who completed the UNC/GSK Drug Development fellowship and will be clinical pharmacology reviewer in oncology at the FDA
• Elizabeth McNeely, who completed the Academic Heart Failure fellowship and will be lead cardiovascular pharmacist at Rex Hospital
• Savanna Steele, who completed the UNC/PPD Drug Development fellowship and will be clinical scientist in global product development at PPD.
• Jeff Guptil, who completed the UNC/UCB Neurology Fellowship and will be a clinical assistant professor of medicine at Duke University
