Dylan Glatt, a second-year graduate student at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, talks about his decision to enter the PhD in pharmaceutical sciences program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and what led him to molecular pharmaceutics. He is interviewed by Mike Jay, PhD, chair of the Division of Molecular Pharmaceutics and a Fred Eshelman Distinguished Professor.

Glenn Hutchins spoke to students, faculty, and supporters of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy during the School's 2012 Scholarship Dinner at the Carolina Club. He laid out the current economic situation, how we got here, and where we're likely to be going.

Hutchins is cofounder of Silver Lake, one of the world's largest firms investing in technology and technology-enabled businesses. He is chairman of the board of SunGard Corp. and a director of the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. and Mercury Payment Systems. He served President Clinton in both the transition and the White House as a special adviser on economic and health-care policy.
