The Division of Medicinal Chemistry and Natural Products and the
Division of Molecular Pharmaceutics will present a seminar by
Phil Cole, MD, PhD, on Wednesday, November 18.
Cole is the E.K. Marshall and Thomas H. Maren Professor and
director of the Department of Pharmacology at the Johns Hopkins
University School of Medicine. His lab uses chemical approaches
to study cell signal transduction hormonal control of circadian
rhythm and gene regulation.
The seminar, titled "Histone Acetylation Inhibition, Regulation, and
Mimicry", will be held from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. in Kerr Hall, room 2001.
