Join Us for A Cookout

The UNC Pharmacy Alumni Association will be hosting a cookout for alumni, friends, and family during the conference. It will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 27, at the volleyball courts at the Holiday Inn Resort.

You can register for the cookout when you sign up for the seminar. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for kids.

Recording CE Credits After the Seminar

All continuing pharmacy education participation for the 26th Annual Pharmacy Practice Seminar will be recorded online. Recording your evaluations online is quick and easy!

Deadline: September 23, 2011

CREDIT STATEMENTS WILL NOT BE MAILED.


Instructions

  1. Go to http://pharmceapp.ad.unc.edu/surveys
  2. Log in with your username and password. If this is the first time that you have used this system, your password is pharmacy (you will be prompted to reset this after the initial login).
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the online evaluation.
  4. Print your certificate or save it for another time.
