Morris Weinberger, MS, PhD

Morris Weinberger, MS, PhD, is the Vergil N. Slee Distinguished Professor of Healthcare Quality Management within the Department of Health Policy and Management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Weinberger is also a senior research career scientist at the Center for Health Services Research in Primary Care at the Durham Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center Home. He also serves as the director of the PhD Training Program within the Department of Health Policy and Management at UNC. He has contributed immensely to the field and has well over 200 publications in the areas of health services research, primary care, patient-centered outcomes research, pharmaceutical care, and quality of care. Dr. Weinberger earned his MS and PhD from Purdue University.
