Career Day

The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy will hold its 2011 Career Day on Monday, November 7, at the William and Ida Friday Center. The event, which runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., will give potential employers the opportunity to meet our graduating PharmD candidates. The event is open to potential employers and all fourth-year PharmD students at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.

Registration for Visiting Organizations

Organizations attending the event will be charged $450 per table, with an allotment of two representatives per table. There are also breakout spaces — each of which costs $100 to reserve for the entire day — for more private, one-on-one sessions. The private spaces are located down the left side, right side, and the back of the building. Organizations may specify how many private spaces they would like to reserve on the registration form.

Upon registering for the event, organizations will get access to view student resumes online beginning October 7, 2011. Each organization’s contact person will receive a link and log-in information in order to access the resumes.

The Office of Student Services will arrange one-on-one sessions for students with organizations. If an organization wishes to contact a particular student regarding a one-on-one meeting, please e-mail the Office of Student Services, and we will relay your interest to the student.

Check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will be accompanied by a continental breakfast. Students will begin arriving around 8:45 a.m. A hot buffet lunch will be provided from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Trillium Dining Room.
