Parking  (Tentative as of April 25, 2008)

The parking garage beneath the Global Education Center has been reserved for this event.  The garage is accessible from Pharmacy Lane.  Once you have parked, you may walk to the pharmacy school, which is to the right as you exit from the parking garage.

Directions

From the North

• Take NC-86 South.  This road becomes Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd (also known as Historic Airport Road) to downtown Chapel Hill. 
  
• Turn right on Cameron Avenue, which is the second light after Franklin Street. You will see the Carolina Inn at the intersection of your turn.
• Turn immediately left onto Pittsboro Street. Stay in the left lane.
• Turn immediately left at the next light onto McCauley Street. 
  
• Turn right onto Pharmacy Lane before the next stop light.  If you reach the intersection with Columbia Street, you have gone too far.
• The parking garage is accessible beneath the Global Education Center to your right.

From the South

• Take US 15-501 North to Chapel Hill.  US 15-501 becomes South Columbia Street at the intersection with NC 54.
• From South Columbia Street, turn left at the stoplight onto McCauley Street. 
  
• Turn left onto Pharmacy Lane, before the next light.  The parking garage is accessible beneath the Global Education Center to your right.

From the East

• Take I-40 West to exit #273A. 
  
• Take NC 54 West into Chapel Hill.
• NC 54 becomes South Road.
• Continue on South Road across the intersection with South Columbia Street.  South Road becomes McCauley Street.
• After the intersection with Columbia Street, turn left onto Pharmacy Lane.  This turn occurs between the intersections of South Road/ McCauley Street with Columbia Street and Pittsboro Street.
• The parking garage is accessible beneath the Global Education Center to your right.

From the West

• Take NC 54 East to Chapel Hill. 
  
• Exit at Columbia Street/ US 15-501 and turn left onto South Columbia Street.
• From South Columbia Street, turn left onto McCauley Street.
• Turn left onto Pharmacy Lane.  This turn occurs before the next light.
• The parking garage is accessible beneath the  Global Education Center to your right.
