The Office of Student Services serves as the primary information resource for both prospective and current students. The office serves prospective students and applicants through recruiting events and admission application management, while providing services to more than 500 current students. Student Services has an in-School registrar who oversees verifications of enrollment and degree, certifications of clinical training hours, residency-for-tuition-purposes applications, degree auditing, criminal history checks, and academic progressions. This office is responsible for event planning that includes Orientation, Career Day, White Coat Ceremony, Awards Day, Family Day, and Graduation. Career counseling, tutoring, and advising are also responsibilities of this office. • Implementing academic policies and procedures and monitoring compliance
  • Administering and/or analyzing data from assessment activities, including student assessments (course grades/GPAs, OSCEs, progress exams, portfolios); course, instructor, and preceptor evaluations; curriculum mapping; stakeholder satisfaction surveys and focus groups
