K. H. Lee Honored with Named Professorship

The Pharmacy Foundation of North Carolina has established an endowed professorship in honor of K. H. Lee, PhD, the long-time Kenan Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the UNC School of Pharmacy. Alex Tropsha, PhD, the chair of the School’s Division of Medicinal Chemistry and Natural Products, is the recipient of the $500,000 professorship.  READ MORE


Persky Named ACSM Fellow

Adam Persky, PhD, a clinical assistant professor in the Division of Pharmacotherapy and Experimental Therapeutics, has been named a fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine.  READ MORE


Rudy Juliano to Oversee School’s
Research and Graduate Education

The UNC School of Pharmacy has named Rudy Juliano, PhD, an expert in drug targeting, as its new associate dean for research and graduate education. Before coming to the School, Juliano was the Cary C. Boshamer Distinguished Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the UNC School of Medicine.  READ MORE
