Biography:
Dr. Craig R. Lee received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and completed a fellowship in clinical research/drug development at the UNC School of Pharmacy and GlaxoSmithKline, Inc. Dr. Lee subsequently received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Division of Pharmacotherapy and Experimental Therapeutics at the UNC School of Pharmacy, which was supported by a fellowship from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. Dr. Lee is currently an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy and Director of Graduate Admissions in the Division of Pharmacotherapy and Experimental Therapeutics at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Dr. Lee is also a member of the UNC McAllister Heart Institute, UNC Institute for Pharmacogenomics and Individualized Therapy, and Institutional Review Board at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, and is a licensed pharmacist in North Carolina.
Research Interests:
Dr. Lee's research interests include the role of genomics in the development, progression and treatment of cardiovascular disease, with a focus on eicosanoid metabolism, inflammation and endothelial dysfunction.
