Description
Application of principles and skills necessary to plan a pharmaceutical care service in a designated practice environment. Students assess the need for services based on community characteristics of the practice setting. Then they develop an implementation plan that includes a cost and financial assessment, an advocacy plan, a method of documenting services and billing for services performed, and an impact assessment plan using qualitative evaluation criteria.
