All pharmacy students are required to purchase and maintain a health insurance policy for the duration of enrollment. Students will be required to provide proof of coverage to the Office of Student Services. Students without health insurance coverage may choose to enroll in the UNC Student Preferred Care Medical Insurance Plan. Enrollment in the plan provides coverage for blood/body fluid exposures as well as other health related problems.
