Phi Lambda Sigma is an honorary leadership society that aims to support pharmacy leadership commitment by recognizing leaders and fostering leadership development in association with the national organization’s mission. The Epsilon Chapter of Phi Lambda Sigma at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy strives to accomplish this by continuing to foster professional growth opportunities for students and create a culture where students can reach their full potential. Members of Phi Lambda Sigma are nominated by peers for initiation into the society. This nomination is an honor based on leadership activities and potential for leadership in the school, the community, and the nation.
