Registrar
The Office of Student Services has an in-school registrar who oversees the registration of professional students, course scheduling, verifications of enrollment and degrees, residency-for-tuition-purposes, criminal history checks, and academic progressions.
Request Transcripts
All official transcripts are issued by the Office of the University Registrar.
The Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) prohibits the release of any specific information regarding a student's record without the student's legal signature or a written request form from the student. Parents, spouses, and employers may not request information.
Request Verification of Education or Enrollment
Any former student needing degree verification or other certification of education can mail forms to:

Any current student needing enrollment verification for loans, health insurance, other certification of education, or a dean or adviser's signature will need to contact the Office of the University Registrar.
