The Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) prohibits the release of any specific information
regarding a student's record without the student's legal signature or a written request form from the student. Parents, spouses, and employers may not request information.

All official transcripts are issued by the Office of the University Registrar. 

Any former student needing degree verification or other certification of education can mail forms to:

Any current student needing enrollment verification for loans, health insurance, other certification of education, or a dean or adviser's signature, will need to complete a Student Services Request Form and submit it to the Office of Student Services in Beard Hall. The request form can be downloaded from the documents section of Blackboard.  Please note that your request may take up to 72 hours to process.
