Breeze Presentations

Breeze allows individuals to create multimedia presentations containing audio, video, and animations from basic PowerPoint presentations. Breeze presentations can be published on the internet and viewed using all major browsers, or burned to a CD. To view an example Breeze presentation, visit Macromedia's Breeze Overview.

Digital Video

The Instructional Technology Group has two video cameras and tripods available for loan to SOP faculty, staff and students for school related activities. Software for editing, compressing and producing video is available in the Multimedia Room. To borrow a camera, or to get training on digital video software in the Multimedia Room, email ITSOP@unc.edu.

Flash Animations

With Macromedia Flash you can create animations that can be viewed on a web page or PowerPoint Slides. Flash is perfect for illustrating motion and abstract concepts. The SOP’s Instructional Technologist can work with you to create Flash Animations for your course. Email ITSOP@unc.edu for details.
