Help for Faculty and Staff

ITSOP Help Desk:

Hours of Operation:  7:30 - 5pm Monday - Friday 

Requesting IT assistance:

  • All IT related requests should be emailed to itsop@unc.edu, this includes requests for consultations, recommendations and advice. Please include your name, location and contact number in your request.

  •  In case of emergencies please call: 966 9171 or 843 8071 during normal business hours; after hours use the UNC-CH main help desk number 962-HELP (4357) or visit http://help.unc.edu

    Hours:
    Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
    Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  2. Hinton James Dormitory

    Hours:
    Monday-Thursday 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    Friday 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
