The UNC campus help desk has added a new online chat feature, the online version of 962-help. Now you can chat online directly with a UNC computer tech. Next time you have a computer issue go to the ITRC Live Chat Service. As a member of the UNC community you may use this service anywhere on campus, at home, or on the road.
