- Managing all functions related to the School's day-to-day operations
- Reporting all repairs and maintenance problems
- Serving as the initial contact for renovations, environmental issues, and safety hazards and violations
- Coordinating van and parking assignments
- Overseeing the School’s laboratories and research facilities
- Handling utility problems, such as heating and air conditioning, electrical, and telephone issues.
